If SIAS is fair, they would invite other parties to present their view instead of allowing the reit manager to waste more shareholder' s $$ present their view money that could have been better spent giving higher dividend to unitholders. Otherwise its probably just a 1-2 hours ownself agreeing with ownself' s view paid by shareholders

I have no insights into whether SIAS was paid but SIAS is supposed to be a champion for minority shareholders, from my understanding. Regardless, feel that it is good that they have arranged this session for the benefit of minorities to have an avenue for discussion and clarify any doubts. Internalisation allow me as shareholder to own manager and NO NEED to pay fees forever. cost of setting up manager only 3-5million vs cost savings of 2.4million per year of not having manager. so just 2 year pay back and i get to keep cost savings forever and increase dividend and own manager. manager also priortise shareholders cos no need to make profit for sponsor now, which means manager will do its best to increase dividend and share price all these WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN for shareholders when they vote YES for resolution 1 and 2.    Quarz is shareholder too and want the best for shareholders manager and sponsor wants to keep their profits. who do you think shareholders should listen to?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Quite clear Sabana manager probably paid SIAS (using unitholders $$$) so that the manager push their views why they should not be removed. Same thing what they did during the merger where manager try super hard to make shareholders accept the merger by saying all kind of rubbish that the reit is too small, sampan,  and look at the share price now
