x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	In Yuuzoo 2015 Annual report, their auditor also expressed opinion on about $17mil of receviables (so is this $16.8 mil referring to the same thing) from company with common shareholders. I think this Yuuzoo account book got lots of worm to dig out.   Unfortunately all the reporting standards have tons of loopholes that many company exploit to their advantages.   SGX must scrutinize more.   New auditor better be vigilant else ended up like Enron/AA both go down together.   MS LLP also siam liao....... Obviously Yuuzoo now realised that all cranking of their superman revenue model to create super beautiful stories is a BIG TURN OFF here and now they try to tone down a bit.   Also a lot of the companies they invested in are in financial distress.   Well it is mgmt vs auditors now liao if auditor wants them to impair and mgmt inisist on nice valuation. If you strip off their franchise and intangiable asset, Yuuzoo NTA is 2cts.   If you cast doubts on its recievables, then Yuuzoo is worth 0cts.   Let see how audit turn out. I think GEM can borrow more shares as part of loan agreement to carry out their operations. DYDD. Keep saying recognise revenue based on valuation of shares of franchisee was advised by Big 4 and valuations confirmed by another Big 4 and a US Valuer. Then why don't publish their opinion for shareholders to see and disclose their names. Why Previous auditor still give disclaimer despite Big 4 and US valuer involvement? Why new auditor still can't confirm the value? Then suddenly need to change revenue recognition method to sell based on self assessed value of licence instead? Give execuse because of comment from BT on aggressive revenue recognition? Why don't change because of comments from us forumers in share junction? Then say did not give profit warning earlier because decide to change revenue only on the day of announcing results. What a JOKE, do you think YZ explanation makes sense?
