The combined entity would reinforce Singapore&rsquo s leadership in the maritime and shipping sector as the city-state seeks to increase maritime services and transportation volumes, including committing more volumes through Singapore. CMA CGM will also contribute to reinforce Singapore as a center of excellence in the field of maritime activities as CMA CGM plans to use Singapore as a key hub in Asia. In this regard, CMA CGM plans to establish its regional head office in Singapore. Can' t even get 1xbook? No wonder this mkt so many coy shares all trading at such pathetic levet - some coy even at 10% of book. N as time goes by seem to get cheaper n cheaper. But is there value? From the NOL deal, perhaps we cld conclude not much value in this mkt even when share px are so koyak. So, why are we still wasting our time with this hopeless mkt?

Anyway NOL would be traded at 1.30 since temasek give the support for it and high chance those BB would grab whoever is selling at 1.30. nohting to trade for this counter unless counter bid pop which is highly unlikely. Can wait for STI to crash down to 2500+ then long time investor used this opportunities to sell off NOL and buy up quality STI stock to make up for the losses suffered. Currently for now sell in open when u don need the money or hold on and wait for market opportunities. NOL would stay at 1.30 even if STI suffered a big crash no worry, suckers are buying up to support CMA bid. |

they still need support to hit 90%, so when trading halt removed NOL would be trade up to offer price. Those who wanna get off train do so and enjoy ur christmas money. Those who still wanna see if counter offer can stay vested since currently global market is in downturn, nothing is good for buying u would lose if investing in STI. |

TH ok with the px already lah, how will psa counter offer??? although there are always left pocket to right pocket business in singapore, this one is with overseas buyer. for those who bought past two weeks, all i can say is better than nothing. |

Temasek would be held to account , they spent like US$2B to boost share holding to 67% including the right issues. Now they getting back less than that amt, lot of answering to be done. In fact they lose close to US1B.

most likely when trading halt removed, cma would buy up those speculators who need to cash in fast. But this is not the end of saga, cos ex ceo had voiced out hidden value of port terminal. Would be a long ass saga so CMA would had to grab as much share it can to hit the force delist 90% before any surprise pop. |

It' s time to bid farewell to NOL soon. Thanks for the few rounds of profits through the shipping cycles althu I have not been vested for years until three weeks ago for this delisting play. Since the announced long stop date is 6 Dec 2016, I think many investors would want out pretty soon except for the disgruntled/disillusioned LT shareholders. I think there will come a time when cma cgm will acquire shares from the market in order to hit 90% ownership to force a delisting. I am just wondering when the market price will hit close to $1.30 or overshoot $1.30? Any " expert" can advise on this? |

u could sell in open market if not big amt of shares cos brokker fee also little. For those with bigger share holdingcould hang on for general offer would save hundred of dollars. By the way 0.96X book value those who buy it this year earn a bit and those long time investor get back their locked money abit losing like 10-30%. |
