Please have a good breakfast and bring your own water when you attend this year AGM. I attended last year AGM cum EGM. I sat through both AGM and EGM. By the time everything finish, not only the food gone but drinks also no more. I expect this year turnout to be far greater than last year.

I think Koh will work closely with the Jap in LCD GLOBAL as he can also tap on the Jap to enter the japanese jewellery market as well for Aspial. There will be plenty of business opportunity for both parties in LCD as well as their existing business.

ask Koh and the Japs what can they do to enhance the profit of the company? can their future plan increase the share price to over $1+ ( hahaha....) are they going to issue Rights to raise cash? if yes, no vote from me |

If I am Koh, I will collect as many shares possible before the AGM. The Japs have more shares than him right now. Also Lum will surely support the Japs. |

Gut feel, lam sold to jap in shady deal which benefits themselves... They bt 19 takeover price sold to jap 30. I am more inclined to vote against jap as in cahoots with them.. Take a punt with koh... Fragrance never disappoint me in terms of dividends and capital gain. Hope they can gain control of these and add value to us.. :-) | ||||

Now that Aspial+Koh are also seeking 2 directorship, they are most likely to vote down the Jap guys. The Japs will also vote against Aspial+Koh. Means our votes will be very important....so who will you vote for? Hmmmm....

This mean bidding up but look like KWS is an opportunist in this game as he is buy @0.29-0.295 at most. He is not upping the bid but only increase his stake. Gona hear and vote for Jap unless KWS upp his bid.
