As of yesterday, UMS owns 73.85% of JEP and Andy Luong owns 0.78%. Hence both benefit from JEP performance. It' s a bit unusual in that I imagine there would need to be some rules in place that govern how/when the CEO of a listed company (UMS) can buy the shares in another company that it itself is concurrently buying.
