A company intervening in its stock price is a symbolic move. There is alot of reasons behind it such as believing that it has a higher share vale, showing support for its share price, assuring investors etc. Letting the market decide the fair value would only be a costly mistake. The market is magnifying issue just because he is the founder and chairman of yzj which leads to magnified impact on its share price. That being said i would like to reiterate that he has no impact on the day to day operations of the company at all. so why the magnified effect on YZJ share price ?

Share buy-back (intervention?) in the current context of alleged corruption is a sign of weakness. I have said it before, allegation is not a crime until proven guilty in Court, so why intervene? Let the market decide what is the fair value given the known risks. |

As for the post, just check what you typed. Your memory may be short but the length of this forum is long. As for the price, i would expect it to hit $1 if not 0.98. If there is share purchase then its the former, if there isnt then its the latter.
