JT recorded net profits of Rmb32.6m for 2Q2020 vis-a-vis loss of Rmb7m in 2Q2019 Market is expecting spectacular results for 3Q2020 for JT - which is achievable, no doubt about it. What is also interesting is JT is a turnaround story - where management has resolved to strengthen its balance sheet.  Also, JT now has a Singaporean at its helm. We like what we see in JT now and of course, now the rise in DMF prices provides a nice spin to JT' s turnaround. Let' s hope that after the release of 3Q2020 results, the price will continue to rise - maybe that is why UOB re-rated it to 16 cents per share. Huat Ah.......
