Isit really expensive to takeover?. And why Raidy's came up with 0.042 and upon lifted for trading. Px were there for opening mkt trade. A married deal of 62mil share were done at 0.048 n right up to 0.059. It very puzzing... All we know is Lippo-s other share holder is not happi.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	As a shareholder of Lippo China Resources (LCR) and Lippo Ltd, I am not very pleased to hear Riady want to takeover Healthway Med through LCR Healthway Medical, With S$118M intangible asset in balance sheet, and only S$37M equity after deducting intangible asset. tgt   with so much " fascinating" decisions and actions from previous board, I will say, takeover offer at S$0.042 per share or S$103M is overvalued.

The Board will reassess the Company&rsquo s ability to continue as a going concern as and when the Offer becomes unconditional, and will keep Shareholders updated as and when there are any material updates in relation to the aforementioned. The Board will also approach and engage the Offeror as well as the Subscriber in relation to the Change of Control Redemption at the appropriate juncture. The Board wishes to assure Shareholders that it has been using and will continue to use its best efforts to ensure that the Company remains as a going concern.
