All shareholders kenna " robbed" , if not subscribing the right, kenna dilution.  There will be more counters like SIA & SembMarine, as companies need cash to survive. Shareholders are ATM machine ready to get cash anytime they need.

Is $600 mio enough for S51?  Parent who own 61% is very insistent in severing ties with S51.....Receive the shares from rights issue will also be given away to shareholder..free as dividends,100 shares get 427 or more. Big investor own 49.3% of Parent.He does not own S51,currently. 30% will be forthcoming as free from dividends from Parent. He underwrite remainning $0.6 bio rights.If no one want the rights ,he would own 58% of S51 with $0.6 bio outlay. Only 1 keen buyer for Semcorp Marine.No one else wants it.
