Nothing much disclosed. Just some time frames. Result of bid likely end of this year or early next. Constructiuon starts 2021 or early 2022. Completion 2025 or early 2026. Funding, as I mentioned many times, no issue. Initially, will be from their cash reserves of 3.4B (as at end Sep 19). The rest will be partly from very cheap borrrowing and partly from investor/partner, if any. No equities fund raising planned. So, no dilute of our shareholding. As for Resolution 2 & 3 (all about incentives/rewards to Chairman/directors/management), both subject to wining the bid. No win, no reward. One surprise info was, contrary to believe, China tourists were never RWS main source of revenue. RWS visitors mainly are from our very own region (SEA - catchment of 600m population). Japan IR will target North Asia vistors (mainly Taiwan, Korea, China and their locals). So, no worry of diluting the source of visitors to RWS. One very good news, though they didn' t promise, is dividend (3.5 cents yearly) will be maintained. Having said all this, I, however, noticed that they no longer sound as confident as previously. Maybe because they know competition is really great. They even said, one bid, two bids or none at all. Anyway, they can only operate one even if they win more than one.

Japan Govt actually like RWS model and what they want is a replica of RWS, with many components, not emphasize on casino alone.
