Now Widjaja wants to exclude us from this priced assets. fruitfulness      ( Date: 09-Nov-2022 13:59) Posted: Golden Energy does not offer quarterly report. The least the Widjaja family should do is to update the NAV of Golden Energy, give it a fair value, and include a premium in the exit cash offer (if not 50%, 30% at least). Now, they are treating us as non-partakers in the rewwarding investment in Stanmore Resources and Ravenstock.  It will be best to raise the cash offer from $0.16 per share to $0.30 or $0.32 per share and then we can see it' s more reasonable and fairer.  (If they are very stingy, they could at least try to furnish a final quarterly report and have the NAV revised upwards)    On the GEMS side, at least they are offering us a choice to take the shares or trade the shares for cash at 5500 IDR per share(hugely discounted, as against the current price of 7000 IDR, having been pushed down 10% yesterday) hmmhmm      ( Date: 09-Nov-2022 10:47) Posted: Hmmhmm..... whether the offer is FAIR or REASONABLE...? 1) KGI increased TP to S$1.29 in Mar-22 2) GEAR reported 859% earnings for 1H22 result which both Top & Bottom lines are far far exceeded forecasted from KGI 3) Why NONE  analysts to update/ ADD GEAR TP after excellent result for 1H22? 4) Will GEAR still need to update Q3 Result? Or will Q3 result even more impressive? Interesting.....

The whole process leading to this exit offer is just not too right n fair. SGX must do their job of protecting all investors with more level playing field , especially for retailers.
