All this happen before the virus outbreak, so even if today the virus is eliminated, the problem with their assets still remains. I will assume non-executive chairman has no role in any business execution unless the board resolution stated otherwise. If that is the case, all the non-disturbance agreements signed would have no legal binding. Without Howard , can Taylor executes the NDA singly ? if "Yes", this will be the greatest compliance failure in the decades . MAY BE IT IS FOR THE COMMITTEE AND SGX TO FIND OUT.
