I used SGX screener to do a quick check on ownership. There are 3 big individual investors who stand to lose a lot more than minority unitholders. Mr Gordon Tang is one. I doubt these SSHs will just give up without a fight. My speculation is they are waiting for the right time to act. When they do, minority unitholders could have 3 strong champions :)

Not sure everyone had given up. It seem that there are only very few of us willing to take a fight. without the number, there is little we can do. Mainly will have rely on SHX and MAS do their job. If u compare to sarbana, at least there are large enough no to fight | ||||

i think the issue about this was that the assets in this REITS was grossly over-valued. All this happen before the virus outbreak, so even if today the virus is eliminated, the problem with their assets still remains.

As long as you have UC manipulate the EHT, no matter how good the news from the outside will not help. That's the problem. we need to remove the UC and mgr like sarbana. It's just that there are too few of us to make an impact.

This Moderna vaccine may be the ' white knight' for Eagle. Or maybe can use the bullishness to sell all the hotels at fair prices. If trading were not suspended, a crazy share price rally could have helped many recoup part or even all their losses. |

As Howard Wu is a Non-Executive Chairman while Taylor Woods is the Deputy Chairman. I will assume non-executive chairman has no role in any business execution unless the board resolution stated otherwise. If that is the case, all the non-disturbance agreements signed would have no legal binding. Without Howard , can Taylor executes the NDA singly ? if "Yes", this will be the greatest compliance failure in the decades . MAY BE IT IS FOR THE COMMITTEE AND SGX TO FIND OUT. | ||||

***3 Final thoughts:
I actually hope that the restructuring manager just liquidate all the hotels under management instead of only doing partial sales of hotels and then trying to continue operations. Personally, I have serious doubts on the abilities and integrity of the management team of EHT for the non-stop surprise after surprises that keep getting revealed. I have a sinking feeling that more dirt maybe unveiled later on and that this will not be the last time we need to revise downwards the realizable value projection of the net assets
