x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Take note that what is good for the company may not necessarily be good for stock holders. Not at the rate they are issuing the death spiral bonds. Even if the company survives as a going concern, lots of damage would alr have been done to the value of stock. Don't pin your hopes on anyone in ISR to revive the performance of your shares. The Edge' s article raise one bugging issue: if the 60% ' takeover' goes tru co will issue new shares at 0.10 for S$40M. CB was raised in preparation of taking over new biz. CB up to S$35m means shortfall from price tag. also with collapse of share price to a paltry of 0.007 0.10 looks impossible (0.10 was propounded when the share price was way up in the sky).
