Just to update: I have sold today to lock in a good profit first. I feel it' s not worth the opportunity cost to wait for this STINGY buyer to maybe add a few STINGY cents to the offer months later. Moving my money to other counters could even make me more profit than any new revised offer price. As for Hibiki, we could get blindsided if it says yes in the end. Hibiki does not know us or owe us anything. Relying on myself feels safer. Good luck to all who are staying on! |

It make business sense for Hibiki to find a fund to bid and know ing the price which should be higher than sponsor Accordia Golf' s effective 73.2cts, then Hibiki will buy up as close as to the potential bidder price to maximise its holding and therefore voting rights. | ||||

If Hibiki is accumulating, probably till the seller give up the wall and the price cross over the 70cts mark, then they will release a new letter. This period before the price crosses the mark is a good time frame to find a fund to counter bid. Let the seller burn out its share inventory.  | ||||

Even if they buy up another 20%, which is generally very difficult given the thin selling - they cannot make a difference at the EGM nor can they achieve 90%.

At 69.5cts it' s cheap and safe for Hibiki to keep accumulating because there is still the special dividend and the effective ' 73.2cts bid price' . Whoever erecting the sell-wall is silly and losing more voting rights.

Extractly, we can' t stop them from taking profit. More than 15 m shares changed hands yesterday.  Majority at 68 to 68.5 cents.  ![]()

Sponsor will pay very close attention to the price and volume done. If they sense Hibiki or any big boy buying in big then they too will start buying. So even before any big fund come in to make a counter bid for the entire golf courses, there will be a share buy war. The sell-wall is weak. If sponsor is erecting the sell-wall, they will burn alot of their money and lose more voting right.  | ||||

So long haven' t announce the special dividend bcos it will expose the real potential dpu generating value of the golf trust. Just imagine a reserve-free half yrly dpu will be like. Sponsor offer of 73.2cts per share is dirt dirt cheap. Which international shark don' t smell this ' blood' .  |

Seller trying hard erecting the wall, below 70cts, compel unitholders to sell at value 73.2cts, will be dissappointed. It' s a wall that will not hold bcos the offer price is too ridiculous and the big boys will be here soon. Where else in the world can any fund find such a big crisis-proof income generating FREEHOLD real estate to buy.  | ||||
