It did issue rights at 0.06 but it purchased most of its own rights at the end. Recently, there was an instituion that purchased a large sum of shares at 0.077 average. You cannot expect the insituation to sell its shares less than that.  So i am extremely optimistic of this company, and i believe it if can provide the returns at leat 0.1 is around the corner.
