LMIR Trust registers steady 1Q 2022 growth on stabilising

This reit are significant undervalued....as seen their asset valuation will go higher with raw materials elevated higher and higher...only way is up...matter of time. | ||||

In 2019, Div Yield was 33.5% and share was valued at 0.20. In 2020, it crashed to almost 0.07 and its Div Yield was 13.67%. In 2021, it went down further to 0.05 as low at 0.046 at one time if i remember and Div Yeild was 5%.  Throughout these 2 years or so, it has purchased a mall, mananged to pay all its loan obligations and still offer rental rebate during the height of the pandemic to its tenants. It did issue rights at 0.06 but it purchased most of its own rights at the end. Recently, there was an instituion that purchased a large sum of shares at 0.077 average. You cannot expect the insituation to sell its shares less than that.  So i am extremely optimistic of this company, and i believe it if can provide the returns at leat 0.1 is around the corner.  |

With urbanization of population in Asia....mall will be part of society fabrics....
Most of lippo mall are located where population high density area. Definitely a growth pathway for lippo, provided manage well....and currency stability of rupiah.
