Depends. China listed firms ccounting books always state big news big figures e.g. midas but cash balances in the books we not sure how much.
Only YZJ more clear and shown its power of cash balances by giving out good dividends. That ' s why YZJ share price quite good. The rest no comment.
Midas always reported contracts and big news but in in terms of dividends payout to show its cash balances power ? No comment
So this news only good news if ying li pay out special didvidend to its shareholders.
Ultimately shareholders must see the money . Like they said : "Show mw the money ! "

Think last time so long trading halt is back in June 2014 on bring Everbright on board and issuing Convertible securities to them Tranche 1 ,2,3 etc. Likely may have something to do with this Convertible Securties issued at 26cts a piece then ! If Everbright is offering a takeover (which I remembered back then Chairman Pan said that they have no intention to delist YL then , and if that ever happen they will give a ' generous' offer ... quoted in business time... And he also made a remarked that it is not the YL management to be blamed for the depressed value in their share price. Now Everbright has already 22.9% on hand , maybe is a time they can consider a GO perhaps. Certainly market is tight lips on the TH.... making all their Shareholders nervous ! |
