Faster 5G and digital growth, then higher flow of data, leading to more $ flow to data centre. Comment : SickTe started this data cente rcusiness 20 years ago locally could be a pioneer. However, scare here scare there and internal dumb politics resulted in not expanding the business. Look at STT and Keppel DC expanding into the region.. then now SickTel say wanted to do regional DC business, where can fight? Old mind set cannot make it lah, still think like a telco king. Even oversea players already into the DC business like Equinix, DRT NTT etc... again where can fight being so late entering into a competitive market place? 3) Strong telco growth of Globe, Airtel, AIS and Telkosmel will add more revenue and profit, especially in term of 5G. Their share prices soared by 20%-40% recently. Comment : This one I agree ~~ however, look at the revenue created, all need to pour back into market one way or the other. Even if tomorrow goes down 3-4 cents, that will not bother me at all as I was holding more than 100 lots when it went down to 200. So, this is nothing lar.  Singapore will push to RE-OPEN more very soon. By December 2021, I am pretty sure dining out for 2 people will be a thing of the past as most will look forward to dining out in a bigger group for those who are fully vaccinated.
