x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Anyway the deal still not done, pre condition is all antitrust agency in US/EU/China had to approve and it given till June  2016 for it to even offer the 1.30 thing. So this news give a bottom for NOL to fall on till june next year, nol most likely would stay above 1.20+ long time regardless of STI movement. Unless maersk/psa/japanese decided to stab cma in the back. by the way the 1.30 offer is valid for all share andthat included treasury, salary component etc. 1.30 offer is guaranteed when all pre condition meet. Any thing can happen since this deal would mess up lot of other countries national interest, cargo diversion and unbalance G6. Might see more obstacles this round since it basically touch everyone ass lol. Don even need minority shareholder to do the job, other would do it out of national/group interest. P3 got killed cos china wanna protect it national interest.
