So u sell at $4.10 u nv lugi lo.. BUT after the offer is over and the share remains listed , it can go either way, up or down. So now the question is do u think $4.102 offer is too low or the offer is a good one? If u think offer is a good one, then u sell at $4.102 because u think after offer ends, share price will drop below $4.102. If u think offer is too low, then u dun sell lo becos u think after offer ends, the share price will continue to rise becos $4.102 is undervaluing the shares too much liao.. I think the offer is " too low" . $4.102 is too low. I think on the 16 Sept when the " offer ends" , the share will trade at $4.30 to $4.40 (CLI + $0.955 + 1.55 lots of capitaland trust)

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Last week confirmation that the retail investors sold off lots, stock and barrel, again to take profits.   That is expected.   The other facts are as follows:  1.   The institutional investors were gobbling up as well as driving up the price of CAPLAND 2.   These institutional investors considered CLI as highly strategic with potential upside, i.e., near term. 1.2*NAV and mid-term 1.5*NAV and  3.   Temasek would probably consider CLI' s next quantum S curve price jump, leading up to 2024 as a longer term target.   Therefore I predict that CLI would open much higher than $2.8 after mid-Sep.

Why ppl sold Semb Ind at such a dirt cheap price of $1?? Possible reasons why ppl selling now. 1) They scared the EGM will not approve the deal 2) They are trading and needs to contra off as they have no $$$ to keep the shares 3) Some ppl tend to sell first and hope that DOW crashes and buy back cheaper 4) Some ppl may think that the CLI (CLIM) IPO first day trading price will be $2.80 only so now take profit first. 5) Some ppl need to sell their shares as they need cash urgently 6) Some funds shifting the shares left hand to right hand to generate volume in order to meet trading volume KPI 7) Shortist shorting the shares intraday aka for a 2 to 4 cents profit. eg: 4.03 to 4.07 price movement.   Ling9345      ( Date: 04-Aug-2021 21:50) Posted: If what u said is correct, ppl still selling, everyone should buying, are they something wrong

The profit could turn into not bad if these are eaten up by big mouths / BB. It seems like the retail investors are killing their own golden goose by playing into the hands of the traders who are accumulating the shares at a depressed price so as to sell them off to the institutional investors at the close when the price is up.
