First half profit was already $18 million, and revenue and profit was on an uptrend Company has already guided for Q4, and we know some productions have already resumed. Will valuetronic foresee any bad economy so reduce dividend payout to reserve cash for any unexpected misfortune. UMS cash drop n have loan not due to misfortune but vested in JEP n facilities. But jus using that as a guide.
