But if you are painfully vested then join the facebook group which someone started for EHT and together  crafted a letter to the relevent authority. Maybe the group can even contact the ex sabana facebook members to seek advice. It' s never too late till you think it' s too late. There too were many naysayers back in the sabana reit thread, but the brave group perservere and they succeeded. Sabana  reit nav kept dropping to the point that its unitholders stepped in to help  stop it from its continued fall. And its nav has reversed upward again. Comparing with  Hyflux, it is not too late for EHT loh. There are 3 big individual investors who stand to lose a lot more than minority unitholders. Mr Gordon Tang is one. I doubt these SSHs will just give up without a fight. My speculation is they are waiting for the right time to act. When they do, minority unitholders could have 3 strong champions :
