x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	the new team has been in place ... many changes and trimming of fat to be nibble. working in the right direction and rather positive  unlike other countries,  SG is small land but high density.  like someone has commented big is even harder to deliver parcels and mails. if they can do it .... i' m sure SP can  ... buyers for the recent married deals likely multiple institutional investors ... everything is in good place.  watching for it to consolidate .... maybe will follow
