x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Good question...it depends on who you asked...NAV or average TP or just one TP by one brokerage.....or the BB....lol...to me it is minimum 80....i believe CES wants to entice investors to buy  new shares to be issued and as the same time get more capital from there....anyway, the stock is on uptrend as fundamentally very sound with good sale GPR and good dividends etc and property market is on up trend...STI also on up trend....
