It was supposed to be awarded earlier this year but there were several rounds of negotiation ... and  finally it was awarded a few days ago.  EMAS Chiyoda was in a  good position  prior to award ... so if they indeed won, perhaps we will hear something this coming week!  sharenewbie0301      ( Date: 23-Apr-2016 15:18) Posted: The 1.5b project is from aramco??
