Why the big funds are selling at 3.21 ? They sell to Nesta because was "prioxy buyers " ? If no conspiracy of mentioned, nesta should actually be queuing to buy at 330 / 331 for a 2% margin. If a lot sell to them at 3.30, nesta saved potentially hundreds of millions. So if theg not queuing so, could be some " conspiracy " all along.
