When one is in the Chairman' s seat, one has to be responsible for every little thing that one does with regard to the company' s shares which is why every transactiopn is reportable. In this sense, such a mistake if it truly is one, is most unacceptable.

For Albert who has retired from the chairmanship and is getting on in age(81 yrs), that is understandable. But for the current Chairman to sell 500k shares for an absolute gain of a paltry $40k, this is very, very disappointing.

Furthermore no details were given about how Thomson Medical and TMC were valued at 1.9billion. Think about it! PL has nothig to lose, the loser are the existing shareholers. Just why the directors are happily unload their holding.

To short at 16 to 18 cts range, ok maybe we can understand.
But to short at 11 to 12 cts range ? BBs may squeeze shortists with a trading halt of another good news. There are costs involved to pump from 11.2 cts upwards on the 1st day. It is not free. My lots were quicky absorbed at 14.2 cts. Now I am buying back .

Let us digest carefully what has happened to Rowsley. The shares jumped overnight on speculation that its controlling shareholder impressed the market that PL plans to inject his stake in Thomson Medical and Bursa-Listed TMC Life Sciences into the company valued at 1.9billion. Overnight the shares shoot up 100%. The Directors slowly unload the shares of the company. Rowsley share may involves in manipulation the way I look at it. If you study the proposal carefully, you will know this proposal does cause harm and damage to the shareholder value. Just why overnight you see the share value dropped like hell. I believed it will plunge further to below 7cents in time to come. I was puzzled by the proposal that Rowsley will fund the purchase by issuing PL new shares at 7.5 cents when the NAV of the company is 9.14 as 30th June 2017. This is like giving a big discount to him that doesn&rsquo t seem benefits to the company and interests of existing shareholders. This is as good as giving the company away to PL by issuing more than 25billion of shares to him. He will become a major controller stake that own 84% of the company without paying a single cent. Imagine that PL will to cash out 5 to 10 billion of his shares in the company, what will happen to the share price? Perhaps it will drop to below 7.5cents. Thus the 2 bonus warrants for each share as proposed has no meaning at all. This is because the exercise price to convert into mother share is 9cents. Just thing about it!
