Checking thru the trading pattern ytd, the vwap of scm was 18.8c, meaning there was good demand still. The price was pushed down 18.2c twds the close by shortists to scare more people to sell down. Can see currently they are still pushing it down. That might be the best time to collect for those who are interested cheapby letting the shortists do the work. They likely to push up later after their cheap collections. For SCI, the vwap ytd was $1.204. Imo good price if can collect at 1.19. Next week onwards likely in the $1.2x- 1.3x. Energy in Sg  business is unlikely to recover in a major way anytime soon while there are still concerns over the operating performance in India where tariff rates have been on a decline due to a large drop in electricity demand. As not all of Sembcorp Industries capacity is fixed (in terms of pricing and base level demand), it could turn loss-making again if demand and tariff pricing drops drastically ahead. Investors got to be mindful that Sembcorp Industries Energy&rsquo s operation is not as stable as what they might believe for a utility company due to its substantial exposure to emerging countries where initial capacity might not be on a fixed tariff basis or where base demand load is still low.

They should credit for sure, imagine all announced and then not credited,plus cdp hotline must be very hot, who will be responsible? is cdp a gahment agency? if so, i think they are more responsible and liable.
