Unless they stike a deal with Market Vector Junior. Saying if it enters at low, Lion can help push up and let some placement come in. By then, the fund can sell anytime they deem fit once placements has been announced. There might be a conspiracy. Why so zhun the fund come in to buy ? Why announce dilution and top management resignation ? One come, another go. Really no give face one. Still, i got burned in this badly before. I would suggest everyone trade with caution.

Fund buying, investors sub scripting LG shares. Isn't it a shows of confidence that the company has no issue? To me, this give me confidence. Why sell when BBs trying to buy into the co shares now?My 2 cents | ||||

Tomorrow, I am running road. My 50ct target vaporized already by management changes. Notice how Nicholas Ng stepped down at exactly the same day as the placement result was announced? Notice anything wrong? Why choose to resign at the exact same time as placement and not before or after? Probably some friction between the board and him. Also the statement in the release specifically stated there are no disagreements between Nic Ng and the board and his resignation was solely due to ill health. When something is stated so explicitly, usually the opposite is the case. Damn angry. My 50ct target in tatters altogether.
The placees also have zero experience in the business LG is in. What's the use of having shareholders who are engineers or in the construction industry? Any link? This dato also has links with ISR and Magnus, stocks which collapsed just as spectacularly in October. DYODD |

no doubt something good is brewing. But injecting new shares means dilution to the public investors. Might nt be good news cos earnings per share will be affected. Need to re-evaluate the whole situation before entering again. Careful for those still holding.

Since last week, funds were buying in LionGold. And today, announced proposed injection of a team of investors into LionGold and issuing of new shares and bonds. Something good is building up for the longer term for this company. |

I suggest to hold with a trailing stop of some 10% to 13%, if you are sitting on a tidy profit. I think 21 above is a question of time. I strongly think so.

Buying pressure has eased a little bit, less volume today compared to yesterday. Anticipating minor retracement over the next couple of days. Have TP-ed half of my shares on this counter, still holding onto some (incase if my analysis is wrong, still stand to gain). Hope it drops abit so I can accumulate somemore at a cheaper price pending next push. Be objective |
