TH holds about 45% of SCM post demerger. I believe they will accumulate more to hit 51% in order to control SCM.

It will be interesting to know what is the final total holding of Temasek after the SMM rights shares purchases. SMM nav is about 30c. Why sell when the SSH is TH? Dyodd. |
