Dividends is merely a  variant of earnings since it is a reit.  If based on sustainable recurring earnings, can get still get 7-8% after higher interest rate kicks in after 1-2 years (I haven' t done the calculation but Kimeng report seems to suggest so), then I think it is a pretty decent yield  play.  Then the  price movement of up down 5-10% is really just a shift of divdend yield of 7-8%. And if you think dividend yield of 7-8% is sweet level, then the price fluctuations of 5-10% won' t matter. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	As compare to other industrial REITs, soilbuildbiz still undervalue. And they are giving 8.5% which is one of the highest REITs. Plus potential consolidation of industrial REITs, as well as increase demand for warehouses etc etc force commerce, and if there are good news from 72 Loyang aWay property,, should be able to achieve 70 cents soon. Let's see next quarter ba. For now price may fall back 66 cents range after XD. Thereafter maybe got chance to rise back again if got more good news.
