NOL would be sold off at 1.30 and IFA accessment most likely would recommend  investor to accept the deal as it is unfair but reasonable same as keppel land which sold below it book value. everything is coordinated and retail investor made to do national service lol.

Anyway NOL u get 6% bonus after that it is trash and would be delisted. Unless a competiing bid come along, 6% is what u get for holding to NOL till antitrust approval expected in 2Q16.

Where in tigerair, SIA is offering unconditional offer for all share meaning it basically buying up everything with no conditon attached. In short, CMA only provided a bottom for NOL share price to hold on till it get the antitrust approval. So even if STI sink, NOL would still be in this range supported by CMA offer. Better than most bond as when FED reserve start it rate hike, there would be a massive fund drain for global stock market and bond yield would drop as every BB rush for bond pushing down yield. IT the reverse of what happen when QE started, the bull market would just turned into bear, everyone selling followed up by hedge fund shorting to take advantage. But it would find a bottom too in 2Q16. Take care and avoid market till 2Q16 since never catch a falling market u die from it.
