 Alert Admin 		i would consider the IPO for CLI(CLIM) is now open to the public. No need to go ATM, just buy capitaland and u will get CLI(CLIM).

Issue price for CLI IPO can will be at par value aka $2.80 (NTA $2.80).
Buy Capitaland at $4.10 means u getting ur allocation of CLI at issue price of $2.80, no need balloting, u will be allocated all that u applied for(buying capitaland at $4.10).

Application for the IPO " starts" tomorrow and last day for application is 3rd September 5.04pm :)

 Alert Admin 		I tell u,   these " organisers" are very shrewd. By right, CICT should halt also... but they let it run.and today it went as high as $2.18, closed at $2.17. Why? Because the higher the value is CICT, the more worth your Capitaland National Day goodies bag will be, because it contains some CICT shares. Clever right? 
that' s why, I say, by the time CICT hits, say $2.30 to $2.50, Capitaland has to move also. With the easing of restrictions and opening up of shopping and more people coming in with lesser stricter SHN restrictions, most of the REITs will move. and CICT will lead the way. (Think think think, is it coincidence, why the garmen lifted restrictions today?)

Actually you can never lose...because if you add in the 0.95 cash back and the 0.155 CICT, say chow chow @ $2.10, so another 0.33 cents. So your cost is actually $2.38. A lot of smart alecs, calculate that after restructuring and the payouts, Capitaland will tank to around $2. I say, and I one million % am confident it will go the other way. It will eventually be a five dollar stock. This is a once in a lifetime kind of investment opportunity that will hardly ever ever come again. Especially during a REITS bull run year, you will be laughing all the way to the bank literally....
yes, the price will correct after restructuring, BUT not against current price. The price will go higher nearer EGM, to entice or encourage shareholders to vote in favour, then nearer  cum-entitlement and nearer x-entitlement date it will go even higher. Then, that' s the price it will correct after xE, BUT even that, it will not be by 0.09 + 0.95 + 0.33.... no way, it does not work that way. Not this time, not this stock

 Alert Admin 		For sure, the share price will open exceptionally high tomorrow morning, if EGM approves the DIS Resolution.  
It is obviously the Best Buy in Singapore by both institutional and retail investors to enjoy the 20 to 30% potential upside of CLI in mid-Sep.
