Imo HLA should break the resistance at $1.28 and move on to $1.40 level by this month.
The current strong sentiment of CDL may also trigger more buying interest of HLA.

 Alert Admin 		My warning to the mercenaries here not to short is very real...... events   in the companies may happen very quickly and situations may turn without warning..... because there are so many undercurrents in the other companies within the Group.... for one, the CDL saga is still very much the thorn and ongoing...... everyone knows that my good friend and mahjong kaki, Ah Peck left CDL because of that incompetent son..... and since he took over HLA, he has poured all his time and energies into the company ...... and the phenomenal results are for all to see......he was the one who said the company was heavily undervalued when it was trading below $0. 60 and forecasted it could be worth 5 to 6 times one day ...... now with the company riding high, and CDL on the doldrums, he will do EVERYTHING within his powers to safeguard the company from going into the hands of the incompetent.......

So I asked him during one mahjong session, will he take the company private one day? And make sure the incompetent son will not buy into the company with his millions inherited from his mother?...... he said he will keep this card close to heart and suggest I source the internet to see what others think.../and this is what I gather..... when he read it he gave a big grin, and said one of his priority has always to bring MAXIMUM VALUE to his trusted and LOYAL shareholders.....with the NAV and net cash expected to grow even greater over next couple of years, we may expect that from a privatisation.......

 Alert Admin 		HLA still owned 4.00% of Thakral and the share price is currently at $1.45. Thakral business does not compliment HLA main business of building materials and power drive and imo it is possible for them to divest their stake and distribute more dividends to shareholders.

Or talk about this global obsession for AI and proliferation off data centres will lead to great demand for DC compatible engines/generators from CYC/HLA...... heard also we are front runner of a coming key project.....and a potential phenomenal development from CYC.......as I said, the very best is yet to come 

meanwhile CYC posted promising growth and exciting challenges going forward

FYI, as a listed company having sitting on a massive cash is not really a good position but again like you had mentioned, the company may reduce the cash by giving out good dividends. Given.

I think let?s not shout at $2. Why not go higher for $3? I don?t think it?s not achievable where the company is doing so well with many more to come. Right?
