Hi. If you do not know how to convert your bonus warrants to mother shares, just sell the bonus warrants in the open market. The name of the warrants on SGX market is 'Dyna-Mac W241022', the stock code is '8L9W'. As of today, the Dyna-Mac's warrants are trading at $0.475. Selling warrants is just like selling shares, simpler than converting them to mother shares. If you dont sell or convert before 22-Oct, your bonus warrants become worthless and you will not get a single cent. Better act fast. Good luck!

yupe think u r right, cos hanwa has (on 30/9/24) 20.75% nia seems more plausible to team up with lim estate, den they can force hanwa to up the offer price just my pov

MS collections is not significant enough at current pace. I am guessing MS 6.06% + Lim Estate 35.3% + 74.5 million warrants (6.4%) = 47.76% That would be significant |

From what I gather from text book (haha), warrant issuance could be akin to poison pill to dilute share price and ward off hostile takeover. Mgt might have known something when DM bought over KC shares. Next posion pill could be special dividend. HW need to seriously engage mgt and up their offer. I might be wrong. Vested

Who actually own this 74.5 mil warrants ? If majority owned by only 1 or 2 parties, they can be King Maker as well !!!

As of announcement yesterday, 8 Oct, there is still 74.5mil warrants still to be converted. Understand that substantial holders may be waiting till the last day to convert. Keeping everything close to their chest. |

After 15th Oct warrants trading ended, not likely any fluctuation. After 22nd Oct warrants expired, affecting factors would be
1) Valuation of IFA report / +++ means up up up / +means up / flat means down / - - - means kelong
2) Any counter offeror or offerors? Yes means up / No means flat or down unless DM gives positive result forecast or distributes dividends
