Speaking of that fateful day when RS went XD and its price  spiralled downwards fm 9 to 7 series .....  Some folks mentioned that after XD today, RS price wl drop even further in reflection of what happened previously. Can anyone still recall that RS reported their 1Q25 result on May 7 with it' s net profit gg down 21.8% and interim dvd is 1sen  lower comparing corresponding period. While XD of 8sen is on May 8 which coincides after their 1Q25 result announcement on May 7, that is why when mkt opened, the fall is more than the final dividend .  Partly due to the  poorer result  So kindly get the facts right and not distorted .. Wl RS drop more than its 3sen(RM) dividend after XD as per some folks proclaimed ???  yet to be seen But with Boss Wong knowing best what it' s Co worth , opined RS is on it' s way to recovery for both top & bottom line including it' s share price  ​ PDYODD and happy investing
