x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Have a feeling with SCM trading close to 20.50 not many SCM shareholders will take up the rights. No one 8n their right mind will take up the rights whne there is no benefit in it for them. As a result SCI will have to step in and take up the the max it agreed to do, which will result in SCI shareholders getting 497 shares as opposed to 427 shares. The lower take up of SCM rights would also push Tamasek to take up shortfalls increasing their stake in SMM. So the good news maybe 497 SCM. However price of SCM post Sept 11 is anyones guess. The main question is : WHEN WILL SCI DECLARE IF WE GETTING 427 OR 497 ?
