Just like in Hyflux case, any new investor is not going to save the unitholders, but to save the company. Similarly, Urban Commons ' new strategic partner' will save Urban Commons and UC may STILL NOT PAY RENT OWNED TO EHT. Need to clarify what UC meant when they wrote " ...ensure the strength and stability of EHT ..." |

In case it' s just an excuse for both to step away from EHT, it will be prudent for SGX & DBS Trustee to follow up with Urban Commons on HOW with the inclusion of this new strategic partner is going to ' ensure the strength and stability of EHT' as described in their letter. At the very least, the name of this new strategic partner should be made know to DBS Trustee to have the confidence that such partner truly exist. After all, the signing of the NDA was only recently exposed, though in their letter they claimed ' did not intentionally hide or withhold anything ..." . This claim should be rebutted immediately, otherwise UC can later say that since it was not rebutted then it' s considered accepted. Be extra prudent from now on with Urban Commons. There are great lawyers in the US with powderful english. Dyodd. |

Maybe it's China Chinese investor moving fund out of China into UC. China economy will be very badly affected as supply chain start shifting out of China.

A surprise letter from Urban Commons, released through SGX. If this new strategic partner joins UC and is willing to inject fresh funds into UC, it could save the necks of both UC and Eagle. Curious to see if UC can pull this off. It is undeniable that the art of persuasion is one of its forte. |

It will be prudent for SGX & DBS Trustee to keep a close eye on the CEO, as EHT goes into the process of selling EHT properties. Hopefully it won' t be at the worsterest price. He did a fantastic job when he was the CFO at Urban Commons, when UC sold the properties to EHT at the besterest price.

not vested but as mentioned eht is similar to midas more than others (up to you to believe) hyflux is not even close to this model. at least ceo can find and pursue etc midas? poof eht? poof lol get it? if midas case mas cad acra mazaars etc all sit on it and yet to do anything. eht best chance is that time is on their side i give it a 15cents back at most? better than midas still though but hey don' y be hopeful think it is gonna follow midas route then you guys will realise how efficient our agencies are |

Ah Boy Peter88, let you into an open secret bah. Forummer following this thread know that I no longer vested in EHT for quite some time already. Back then, some were laughing at me for cutting loss. Though now on hindsight it was just a scratch. I am sharing suggestions from my posititve experience in Sabana reit with the hope to encourage presently badly burned EHT unitholders to recover. But you just joined sharejunction forum in Mar and particular this thread, apparently to pass negative remarks. Good job in marking your mark in your foray into sharejunction forum.
