Counting on these possibilities: Sales to Medtronic US$28m A few potential buyers for their other products, approved by FDA and those under developments. Increase of distribution sales to Medtronic next year to US$6.4m agreed beforehand Trial to end development stages for Chocolate Heart, Touch and XD and going for FDA approval in Q1 for its Heart ballon. Already 4 approved FDA products and a few are on trial and into late development stage. If these materialise, we can see 4 to 6 cents in 2018/2019. Please DYODD, all form of investments are risky

Another quarter of flat sale. After so many years in sale, their product sale is still so so-so. Cashflow before operation lower to US$1.5 mil from their usual US$5mil. Seems good. Cash balance of US$377k only. Already raised another US$292k from GEM but surely not enough. Either another GEM (about 21.6mil of that 178mil shares can be issued to GEM) or further loan or more prepayment from Medtronic to tide over the quarter. No further update on the asset sale to Medtronic as well. But now ball is in Medtronic court. Future catalysts: - Medtronic exercising the purchase option - Another possible asset sale. This time on their coronary products. |

If things pan out well, I won't be surprised if there is a management buy out since price is so low. But there won't be good for shareholders as the potential up side could be far greater.

Good set of results plus many initiatives. It was also mentioned a similiar co which has their drug coated product approved by FDA has their valuation abt 1 billion? Wow, could this co be bought out by others since its market capitalisation is so cheap? Dyodd | ||||

Results out, still loss but many positives. Revenue increased, expenses decreased and no of units sold has been increasing since Medtronic started distributing. If trend continues, QTV could turnaround. But the most interesting statement is as follows:
"The Company has received indications of interests from interested parties in relation to the potential transaction(s) for the Group?s non‐ drug coated coronary assets with a possibility of an option to also purchase the drug‐ coated coronary balloon, Chocolate HeartTM as announced on 15 October 2017. The Company continues to have preliminary discussions with interested parties in relation to the potential transaction(s) for the Group?s drug‐ coated balloon (Chocolate Touch®) assets. The Company will update shareholders via SGXNET as and when there are any material developments on the aforementioned." Waiting for announcement in this and might be matter of time Medtronic exercise their option, since Medtronic has done well in selling the product. |

Buyers are absorbing up at 1.6 well. And QT Vascualr result shoud be out today after market close or tomorrow. Lets see if their revenue improve a lot better than last year which will help the company to grow and develop better products. Also see if the company can conclude the sales to Medtronic on the SGD38m deal or to announce the other potential buyers for their other product lines and what the amount to be. |
