It' s a simple game of risks vs returns. At this level I am prepared to bet on the possible returns. Currently trading a the rights issue price. Downside is pretty limited in my opinion whilst upside depends on further annoucements on Addvalue Communications (AVC) It the deals does go through (which many doubted), we are looking at a huge re-rating of up to $0.195 per shares. The signing of the supplementary S& P would be a key consideration. Vested just. |

Well, if this 2nd China buying over annoucement is the last one for the BBs to dump the last time and within 4 mths, they annouce the deal if official off. Even U buy at 3 cents which u think is cheap now maybe ur heartache later. If this round is the last round the BBs dumping and they decide to end this pumping becos they scared the authority will start investigating and the deal is annouced off, then i bet the share price will drop to at least 2 cents considering the NTA is 1 cents and is not making any profit. And then they will start issuing rights again or even, worse do redeemable convertible bonds which results in a dilution of shares until the share price goes to 0.1 cents, eg: Annica etc.. Dun say i never warn u.. u better hope this round is not the last round...

Last time got ppl posted a rocket in this thread trying to excite investors into buying this junk counter when it was trading at 7-8 cents. Now there is someone saying wait for them to announce the special divestment...cfm run like big dinosaur etc... U say leh... The SGX dun care one la and with those ppl shouting good to hear things, sure got innocent investors buying and holding the babies. So many innocent investors holding the babies at 16-18 cents (1st china annoucement), then 8.5-9 cents (1 road 1 belt), then 5.5 to 6 cents (2nd china annoucement), with some ppl coming in to shout " chiong har. huat har.. rocket har.. buy har.." etc. There will always be innocent investors who lost $$$, if not how the BBs profit? :) Just dun be the ones holding the babies for the BBs.

Wait lah... If really want to buy, wait for actions from SGX and CAD first. Let them bring down to lower than rights price can still buy, if really love the company. I am sure our hard working regulators will catch up with this company sooner or later. Be patient. |
