Sp also in narrow range of 36.5-37.0cts most of the time, and closed at lunch break in the red of 36.5. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Assuming 500mil transferred from Sp to HK, and with 104mil from IPO, total about 600mil in circulation in HK. How effective can the SM be, with just 15.6mil stabilizing power, for about 3 weeks, to stabilize the massive 600mil shares. Not forgetting those transferred from Sp are eager sellers, with BBs suppressing the counter relentlessly to collect on the cheap. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	STABILIZING ACTIONS, END OF STABILIZING PERIOD AND LAPSE OF OVER-ALLOTMENT OPTION Pursuant to section 9(2) of the Securities and Futures (Price Stabilizing) Rules (Chapter 571W of the Laws of Hong Kong), the Company announces that the stabilizing period in connection with the Global Offering ended on 29 May 2019, being the 30th day after the last day for the lodging of applications under the Hong Kong Public Offering. The Company has been informed by China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, as the Stabilizing Manager, or any person acting for it, that the stabilizing actions undertaken during the stabilizing period involved: 1) over-allocations of an aggregate of 15,595,000 Shares in the International Offering, representing in aggregate approximately 15% of the Offer Shares initially available under the Global Offering before any exercise of the Over-allotment Option 2) the borrowing of an aggregate of 15,595,000 Shares by the Stabilizing Manager from CEWHL pursuant to the Stock Borrowing Agreement to cover over-allocation of Shares in the International Offering. Currently the price diff btw Sp and HK is less than 1ct, ie Sp closed at 37.5ct, HK closed at 38.2ct (converted from HK$2.17). Sp CE also kena pulled down. Now with just 0.1L to defend Fort 37.0, looks like hopeless case lah. But who can tell, there may be still keen pickers to support the hopeless 0.1L defender.  (latest check got 27.8L to the defence) Another 40 mins to go before closing bell sound.
