Looking at SM now....the lost in H1 2020 is big because of shipyard closure for 2 months...very worst case scenario already...closure of shipyard...complete stop of work...The next worst is coy go bankcrupt which SM will not...Therefore, the price is now beaten down because of CoVid shipyard closure....So H2 result should be ok. Plus, they are doing off shore wind farm now...so they changed....so there is future....plus maybe KFELS merge to SM....orderbook become larger....obtain economy of scale...plus add in KFELS asset...NAV value will go up...so there is future. If there is future, why privatize and not the the coy grow in value?? Just my humble opinion. Now without debt burden, and with TH backing, trading at 17c. Something wrong lah. Wonder why SCM is still dragging in SCI thread???
