What a fall today, and past two days...soon be below 7c....beginning to wonder if this firm even survive.....may not be around way market seems to be implying....wonder if soon become an M& A target...or the problems of Swiber cause issues and negative sentiment till Vallianz down to nothing...any views? |

A few days ago I thought they may cut by 1 million barrels which would be a little more meaningful. But that hope faded and then I thought perhaps 500k but as gets closer the negative sentiment to a cut makes me feel they cut nothing. It really unclear at moment as some mixed messages. Think we need to see tmr. On Vallianz diversifying its operations I do think that positive moves. Gives alternative income streams. That why I feel this a good stock for future. Yes, it has high debt and that a risk. Loss of contracts a risk but that every company. But if can manage things prudently then risks can be managed. Sadly market sentiment seems against it and others do like to rag on it. Interesting to see where in a year.

I think opec might cut 300000-500000 barrel which is of no difference to the ool price to show their concern but at the same time kill shale oil producer. actually vallianz.has turn itself into a diverse company by buying over shipyard for maintenance.

WC....yr insight is likely correct...it would be prudent to wait till OPEC makes a decision...given it looks like OPEC unlikely to make cuts then oil price likely to go down further and contracts likely not forthcoming...well suppose this stock will just have to be a long term wait to see if it gets back into good price range....just impatient waiting...would like to see a winner sometimes...

I think all the companiea are waiting for the opec before deciding to proceed with the contracts..if oil price goes down due to opec nt cutting output then I think likely no more contract but then again if u look at next quarter or next yr I feel oil price should move up to 80-90 per barrel..lets see

This stock gone to sleep. But suppose everything on hold till OPEC meeting decision, though some good news of contract wins would be REALLY nice. They said previously contract wins tend to come Q4 for people they tendering with, but nothing heard so looks like big fat lemon...sad....
