x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Peter Lim is a billionaire. Rowsley is a multidisciplinary real estate company with businesses in design and engineering, real estate development and hospitality. There are a lot of potential with Peter Lim to inject Thomson Medical, TMC into Rpwsley.  They should consider and emphasize the quality of the share values rather than the quantitative. Throw away idea of pennies  cents stock!    Alternative proposal 1.      PL is to print 2,000,000,000 new shares of values $1,900,000,000 2.      Rowsley shares as of 30th June 2017, was 4,738,417,411 of values $433,091,351 based on NAV 9.14cents 3.      Rowsley shareholder will get to exchange 10 to 1 for PL new share. This means Peter LIM will still be holding (2,000,000,000 &ndash 473,841,741) = 1,526,158,259 shares (76%) after the distribution and all Rowsley shares shall be cancelled. 4.      This will increase both shareholders values and a win-win situation. 5.      To maintain the shareholder value and loyalty, company will issue a bonus share for 5 shares each when company is doing well.   6.      I am sure both companies will be happy to see the share price appreciation. Shareholders will be happy too. This way the investors will be tempted to buy more shares from Peter Lim. The share price shall comfortably stay above $1.15/share. 7.      Any free warrant to be attached to this will be meaningful.
