Anw thanks round round for yr advice but i still maintain that the rebound is likely soon.. watch for it.. there are just some underneath stuff that we all dun know.. lol.. they are just gathering enough shortists for the big push... just warning all the shortist though.. the ppl lurking behind the scenes are incredibly sly and cunning ppl waiting for the right time to strike.. which would likely be next week.. they want u to think that there will be a sell down.. look at the chart.. somebody is quietly accumulating at the expense of those who fear of the selldown.. when there are enough sellers, they will take action.. anw i still maintain my long position as i bought in cheap and with cash.. No contra.. so i don have to worry.. Just to let u knoow somebody is supporting the price.. who i dunno.. even if i were to know.. i also cant say.. lol.. all the best anw to everyone playibg this counter.. hope we all can huat tgt.. mesz33, adding these 2 latest to exit, it is the 3rd to withdraw. You missed the earlier report as this offer is a revised copy in which one withdrew when it was done recently. All don't sound good to me and very likely more bad news may come.

Sry 30million shares subscribed out of 38million. Nt 240mil shares. type too fast.. lol.... so onli small nos terminate nia.. they still have existing convertibles fully subscribed for and they raised 38mil dollars!!!! Huat ar!! ppl still have faith in lion gold otherwise all terminate liao.. only 2 backed out? Small nos.. look at the bigger picture! Hahas the rest all subscribed!! Huat ar!!

And anw the price moving up before closing for LG was due to insiders actions, possibly the action of Bbs.. as they gt wind of the annoucement first.. that is why they took out all the sellers.. if it were to be bad news, they would have sold everything first.. they wont wait and let other ppl sell.. so i will maintain my direction that the share price should move up on monday.. anw warrant buffet also predicted that nasdaq would crash during the previous technological stock craze.. yup it did crash but freaking 2 years later.. if he wasnt so stubborn, he would have made money during the boom and sold off at the peak.. Whether or not lg can reach 9c maybe in the future it can.. but for now it wont so get ready yr firepower and ride the wave.. HUAT AR!!!! | ||||

And i know why u predict market will have a huge selldown.. cos world cup is coming in june and this month is may.. sell in may and go away right? But not thus year may.. the global economy alr suffered a sluggish winter and nw market wants to move up before the correction in sep period | ||||

U guys are missing the pt.. lol the rest of the shareholders subscribe at 13.4c which means lion gold has 38mil cash from the offering which makes it abt 240 million shares bought at 13.4c.. only a minority of 1million dollars withdrew nia.. no impact.. whereas the other shareholders bought in the bulk of it at 13.4c.. this means that they have confidence.. and Nta at 25c per share. . Wanna drop till 9c. Long time ago would have drop.. wont wait till now.. anw market parricipants will take queue from the Bbs.. if they wanna short sell then becareful not to get short squeezed.. hahas.. u think lg will drop so much? That means blumont and asiasons will also drop.. if blumont drop. The acqusition deal would be off and blumont GG.. But the BIG FARKS behind this whole saga will not let it happen. TERMINATION OF SHARE SUBSCRIPTION WITH CERTAIN SHARE SUBSCRIBERS
Further to the Previous Announcement, the Company wishes to announce that it has today agreed to terminate the Share Subscription Agreement with Mr. Teo Kek Yeng and Mr. Toh Soon Huat. Mr. Teo Kek Yeng and Mr. Toh Soon Huat decided to withdraw from the Share Subscription due to the ongoing investigation by the Commercial Affairs Department into an offence under the Securities and Futures Act, Cap. 289, as announced by the Company on 2 April 2014 and 29 April 2014. The board of directors of the Company (the ?Board?) reiterates that so far, the Board is not aware if any offence has been committed. Each of Mr. Teo Kek Yeng and Mr. Toh Soon Huat was to subscribe for 3,731,343 Subscription Shares at an aggregate issue price of S$500,000. Following the termination, subscription for the Subscription Shares shall be as follows: Name of Share Subscriber Number of Subscription Shares Aggregate Issue Price Mr. Ong King Kok 7,462,686 S$1,000,000 Ms. Yap Sooi Kuan 7,462,686 S$1,000,000 Mr. Lee Yee Pin 7,462,686 S$1,000,000 Mr. Poh Chong Peng 7,462,686 S$1,000,000 All other terms of the Proposed Offerings remain unchanged. 3. RESULTANT FINANCIAL EFFECTS OF THE PROPOSED OFFERINGS 3.1 Share Capital On the assumption that all the Subscription Shares are fully subscribed for: (a) before conversion of any of the Tranche 1 Bonds or the Tranche 2 Bonds, the Company?s issued and paid-up share capital (excluding treasury shares) as at the date of this Announcement (the ?Existing Share Capital?) will increase from US$41,355,461.60 comprising 1,033,886,540 Shares to US$42,549,491.36 comprising 1,063,737,284 Shares. The Subscription Shares represent approximately 2.89% of the Existing Share Capital and approximately 2.81% of the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital (excluding treasury shares) of the Company after the Subscription (b) upon conversion of all the Tranche 1 Bonds but before conversion of any of the Tranche 2 Bonds, the Existing Share Capital will increase to US$46,299,491.36 comprising 1,157,487,284 Shares. The Tranche 1 Conversion Shares represent approximately 9.07% of the Existing Share Capital. The Subscription Shares and the Tranche 1 Conversion Shares represent approximately 2.58% and 8.10% respectively of the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital (excluding treasury shares) of the Company after completion of the Subscription and the conversion of all the Tranche 1 Bonds and (c) upon conversion of all the Bonds, the Existing Share Capital will increase to US$51,299,491.36 comprising 1,282,487,284 Shares. The Tranche 2 Conversion Shares represent approximately 12.09% of the Existing Share Capital. The Subscription Shares, Tranche 1 Conversion Shares and Tranche 2 Conversion Shares represent approximately 2.33%, 7.31% and 9.75% respectively of the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital (excluding treasury shares) of the Company after completion of the Subscription and conversion of all the Bonds. In this Announcement, any pro forma effect of the Proposed Offerings on the Existing Share Capital is presented on the assumption that none of the other convertible securities of the Company are converted into Shares. As at the date of this Announcement, the Company has 250,893,523 outstanding warrants and outstanding convertible bonds in the principal amount of US$20,000,000, which can be converted into Shares. 3.2 Financial Effects The pro forma financial effects of the Proposed Offerings (excluding transaction costs), based on the audited accounts of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ?Group?) for the financial year ended 31 March 2013 (?FY2013?), are set out below.
