I could be wrong but NC management seems quite sincere. Seems trying harder than Ezra, at any rate. Will consider to vest a small position at a later stage. Troubled co can be a great bargain as long as they survive. They need to change their biz model and dun carry so much CIP inventory though if they dun want to get into trouble again.
