I don' t think they can buy below $1.30 during the conditional period. Once unconditonal, they can then start to buy it either through proxy or broking house. Btw, which newspaper report it? |

I'm surprised that they just buy so little since the present price is a discount to their offer price. Or just for show they declared this? The share price was under super tight control ever since the offer was announced.

Newspaper reports CMA snapped up 3.68 mill NOL shares at 1.22. According to filing on SGX. Does this purchase show they expect the deal to go thru its last and final hurdle - the anti-trust approval? |

well someone say a few weeks ago nol cannot find buyer and would crash below 1 and he would collect at 0.80. look what CMA together with NOL basically supported NOL share price in this range till anti trust approval then it would move to 1.30. No investors in right mind would sell now, so who is selling make a guess. THis deal is like 95% done deal from the announcement though the offer price still miss tgt for CPF investor well losing 15-30% on CPF is better than 50% so they kind of relieved assuming they buy in 2011 period. NOL best performer in term of share price and trade volume in 2015 lol cos of the CMA deal, this is getting ridiculous companies making good return all got throw in the towels by BB and when FED raise rate finally, the long awaited correction would come and most likely drag down STI slowly to the 2500 range. Wait for 6 months, u might get those reits counter at a good bargain due to BB unloading and moving money back to US. |

always got seller selling to CMA cos shortists are never scared adnd they always dreamed NOL would go bankrupt and they win big. So the selling continued till antitrust approval then they wake up and find themselve in big shit . |

This show they are serious about the deal and accumulate now at lower cost.
Seller sell cos no holding power, and perhaps needed the money to fund other purchase. Vested and waiting for letter.... don't let me wait too long pls.
