Ya, really unlucky for the presence of FR. I have cut half my position painfully and quickly started to profit from my divestment capital. I should have listen to myself that Kris is only interesting if FR' s stake is down to about 10%. Let' s say 8% to 13% to give a range. I will revisit the stock nearer this range and will avoid trying to call the bottom. Really, there is no real bottom. The guys in FR are just employees, like the dealers in casinos. No emotion. I can envision that the FR employees have regular meetings to discuss their Kris stake and they have agreed to sell so many shares at certain price level. Meeting ended. Action. Then the next review meeting. New levels, new selling. | ||||

O& G plays are back in favor. Those that do not go belly up first may see big upside if they are still around in a few months. But it' s too late for Ezra and others that have run out of cash. Kris Energy has good backing. Keppel is stake-holder. |

Major share holder FR kept dumping their share holding. For O& G play, we should bypass KriEnergy at the moment and look for other counters

Day chart SMA 20 turning Fr sideline to uptrend. Very good sign. Px 85 look like bottom up. EW 85 to w4 89 w5 96 wabc near w4. After this correction - good time to accumulate. |

When price is below 10cts, FR does it real slow. So based on this rate, the next annoucement should be end April. But if we hear anything earlier than that, then it means FR has resigned to fate and is willing to accept a low price to exit KRIS. Looks like it is either FR cannot wait till end 2019 to see fruit from Cam Block A or they believe Cam block A is nto bearing fruit good enough for them. Ofc the worse case scenario is FR think KRIS will not even make it at all.

FR has to announce each time it sells to the next full percentage point and every 1% is about 15m shares. At 18.96%, it is a long way to go. The selling slowed down from 1% per week to 1% per month because more and more bulls have given up and there is less and less volume to sell. Also, some traders are getting the hang from how to short or long around the selling by FR.

Since the last announcement, FR has offloaded another 13mil shares. When KRIS price is low, FR didnt stop offloading, it just does it real slow. | ||||
