x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Personally i feel Ox must wait. 2022 it will realised the sales proceeds of local and overseas projects. Thats the time to watch. By 2022, the MTN will be fully repaid. Only left with corporate and project loans which are self financing. Mean time they should just be conservative and not do anything silly. Vested, pls DYODD

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Gaobeidian GDV is $4b. OHL stake is 28%. If we take a gross margin of 20%, then we are looking at a profit contribution to OHL of $224m. Divide that by 4.2b shares, you get about $0.053 surplus per share that is not accounted for in its balance sheet now (over and above NAV per share of $0.3391.) Largest contributor to OHL is still its SG properties, which i estimate to add about ~$0.54 to its NAV of $0.3391 (as of Sep-19) after fully sold. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	3 cents is too low for 10th anniversary. How about at least 3.6 cents? But still better than keeping in CPF. Gregtan123 should persuade them at their next board meeting. Sell Steven hotels next year then another 3 cents for 11th anniversary
