The group signed a binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with two individuals to acquire Shenyang Qingaomei Oral Restorative Technology Co (SYQM), one of the largest dental prosthetic device providers in north-east China, for RMB16.9m (S$3.42m) in cash, and investment into SYQM. The vendor will subscribe for RMB6.45m worth of shares in Aoxin at 23.6 Singapore cents per share, or a 10% discount to its weighted average price on May 15.
