x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	90 days from fulfilment of condidtion for Medtronic to exercise the purchase option.  Condition fulfilled on 2 Nov so 31 Jan 2018 is the last day for Medtronic to exercise.  Best for QTV to close the deal before year end to present a stronger balance sheet turning negative equity to positive and one big pile of cash in their account.  Market might starts to feel jittery if deal enters Jan. Also QTV wasn' t very clear on their use of the proceed.  HOw will they use it? -  Par down debts ? - Working capital? -  Mgmt declared big bonus for themselves for year end? - share buyback? - dividend?
